Jason Cantu, Assoc AIA
Mr. Cantu is a Technical Consultant at Apollo BBC. His responsibilities include building condition analysis (pathology and diagnostics), diagnosis of building enclosure related failures, remedial design concepts, and project management.

With a background in building conservation and a focus on materials and methods, Jason provides design reviews for both new and existing construction. He has experience with condition mapping and methods for repair and monitoring existing buildings. As a preservationist, he has experience with traditional construction techniques and adaptive reuse projects.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Mr. Cantu has experience identifying and predicting the deterioration of commercial and residential buildings, including architectural wall and roof assemblies. He is also experienced with methodologies for testing buildings, evaluating material performance, and making recommendations for high performance design of building components and systems.
