Our professional staff is expected to work independently and take responsibility for their own efforts. As a premium service company, we expect our professionals to exude that attitude. Our dress varies from business to business casual, or construction site attire, depending on the activities scheduled for the day.

Our style is one of an open and diverse culture that embraces a measure of sophistication. Our current office location, a redeveloped textile mill listed on the National Register of Historic Places, supports this style.
